Your personal guide will meet you at the security check point of Greenock Cruise Port at 9am (depending on when your ship is in). We first drive to Gourock to take a short 20 minute ferry across the Clyde Firth to Dunoon. The Clyde Firth was a popular resort in the 1800s for Victorians wanting to escape the busy life in Glasgow.
We then stop to visit the white washed town of Inveraray. A Georgian new town built in the late 18th century, around the same time the New Town of Edinburgh was built. The castle is home to Clan Campbell and the Duke of Argyll. A great piece of Georgian architecture it is still lived in by the family today. You will have an opportunity to visit the castle and after some free time for lunch.
After lunch we continue our scenic drive up to Loch Awe. In the centre of the loch sits the ruins of the picturesque Kilchurn Castle; built in the 1400s by Sir Colin Campbell. We will make a short photo stop here.
Our last stop of the day is in the quant village of Luss, which sits on the banks of Loch Lomond.
Arrive back to Greenock at approx. 5pm.

- What's included depends on your size of your group. For 1 to 7 people the tour will include a driver guide and vehicle. For 8 people or more there will be a coach/minicoach, driver and guidie.
