The town is lined with bonded warehouses that were used to store whisky. Not converted to modern flats as part of the regeneration. Continuing the panoramic tour we view the Georgian buildings of the New Town; an influential part of the city during the Scottish Enlightenment. If time we will make a short stop to see the Queen's Edinburgh residence of Holyrood Palace (from the exterior).In the Old town of Edinburgh we will give you the option to visit the mighty Edinburgh Castle or some free time to explore the sights of the Royal Mile.
