Discover Scotland's Wild West Coast
Experience the flavours and landscapes of the west coast on this four day Mull Food and Whisky Tour. Taste island whiskies, enjoy fresh local seafood, and travel through some of Scotland's most breathtaking scenery from Oban to Iona.

Day 1: Perthshire, Falls of Dochart and Oban
Your journey begins with a drive through the gentle hills of Perthshire and into Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Stop at the Falls of Dochart in Killin, a picture perfect setting where fast flowing water rushes beneath the village bridge.
At the Falls of Dochart Smokehouse, enjoy a selection of traditional Scottish produce including locally made cheddar and whisky smoked salmon.
Continue west to Oban, known as the seafood capital of Scotland. Visit Oban Distillery, one of the oldest in the country, where the coastal air influences every cask. In the evening, enjoy fresh shellfish by the harbour or join a lively ceilidh for an evening of music and Highland spirit.

Day 2: Mull, Eas Fors and Tobermory
Take the morning ferry to Mull, crossing bright waters toward the island's rugged shoreline. After arriving, follow the western coast to the dramatic Eas Fors Waterfall and the peaceful sands of Calgary Bay.
Reach Tobermory, one of Scotland's most photographed harbours, with colourful buildings reflected across the water. After lunch and time to explore, enjoy an exclusive Tobermory Distillery Warehouse Tasting. Founded in 1798, the distillery is a true expression of island character, offering rare cask strength drams of Tobermory and Ledaig.

Day 3: Iona or Staffa and Ninth Wave Dining
After breakfast, choose between two unforgettable experiences.
Visit Iona, the spiritual heart of Scotland, where St Columba's Abbey has stood for centuries among white beaches and peaceful surroundings.
Or travel to Staffa, an uninhabited island of striking basalt columns that inspired Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture. Puffins, sea spray, and dramatic geology make this a remarkable visit.
Return to Mull for a highlight of the tour at the Ninth Wave Food Experience. Set in a two hundred year old stone bothy, this acclaimed restaurant celebrates the island's natural larder. Enjoy five courses created with foraged and freshly caught ingredients. Before dinner, join a guided walk through the garden to discover heirloom herbs and island grown produce.

Day 4: Morvern, NcNean and Glencoe
Sail back to the mainland on the Fishnish ferry, then travel through the quiet beauty of the Morvern Peninsula, one of Scotland's most remote and untouched areas.
Visit the innovative Nc Nean Distillery, an independent organic distillery known for its sustainable approach to whisky making. Enjoy a tasting of their award winning releases and learn how modern whisky can work in harmony with the environment.
After lunch, continue through the dramatic Glencoe valley, where towering peaks and deep glens tell stories of resilience and history. Stop at the Glencoe Visitor Centre before a final break in Callander, a welcoming Highland town with cafes and shops.
Return to Edinburgh in the early evening with memories of sea air, fine food, and island whisky.
