The type of vehicle employed on our tours varies depending on passenger numbers. Tours are generally operated by 16 or 19 seat minibuses and 29 & 33 seat luxury mini‑coaches. All vehicles are modern, built for comfortable touring, and equipped with forced‑air ventilation or air‑conditioning plus large panoramic windows. ABS, secondary braking systems and other safety features ensure a safe trip.

Larger items may be accepted only if space allows. Guests should check with their accommodation provider for storage. Left‑luggage facilities are available at Waverley Train Station and Edinburgh Bus Station; in Glasgow at Queen Street Train Station and Buchanan Street Bus Station; in Inverness at Inverness Train Station and Farraline Park Bus Station.

pick up from Edinburgh and drop off in Glasgow (or vice versa) is possible — mention this in the booking comments
there is no discount for a child staying in a room with an adult
it is advised to bring comfortable walking shoes, a jumper for chilly weather, and a rain jacket/umbrella — Scottish weather can be unpredictable

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR SCHEDULED TOURS
When a passenger cancels a multi‑day tour, the following charges apply:
Within 7 days of the tour departure: no refund
7–14 days before the tour departure: 50% refund
14 days or more before the tour departure: 90% refund

Departs: 08:30 | Returns: 19:00 approx
Departure Point: Caffe Nero, 1 Parliament Square, High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1RE

From Glasgow
Departs: 09:45 | Returns: 19:00 approx
Departure Point: 266 George Street, Glasgow ( between North Frederick Street and John Street)
Passengers returning to Glasgow will be issued with a complimentary train ticket and dropped off at Edinburgh Train Station
