Private Tour to Scottish Crannog Centre and Highland Safari from Stirling

The historic city of Stirling is the perfect place to base yourself for daily adventure around Scotland. This private tour takes you on to the Highland Safari and Scottish Crannog Centre. With your own personal tour guide passionate about Scotland’s stories, culture and landscapes. This tour can be tailor made if you wish to make a few changes and we can cater to any group size.
In the morning your local Scottish Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Stirling or the local area. We start with a scenic drive to the Falls of Killin, home of the Clan McNab. We will stop here for photo and comfort break.
After we then visit the Scottish Crannog Centre. In the Iron Ages our Scottish ancestors made these fortress islands out of timber and soil. At Loch Tay there have been 17 of these manmade islands discovered. In 1997 a replica was rebuilt here and a visitors centre. Here we will enjoy a guided tour.
We then set off for a Highland Safari! Hope on board a Land Rover for an epic off-road experience. A 1h30m experience of natural beauty and wildlife such as Majestic Red Deer, the Famous Grouse, the elusive Mountain Hare, or the soaring Golden Eagle.
On the way back to Stirling you will have the option to stop and visit the gardens of Drummond House. This will be of interest of Outlander fans. The 1995 film Roy Roy was also filmed here. (not Drummond House is closed in the winter).
After we then return to Stirling. This tour is bespoke, please let us know what options your prefer. Enquire for more details and pricing.

- What's included depends on your size of your group. For 1 to 7 people the tour will include a driver guide and vehicle. For 8 people or more there will be a coach/minicoach, driver and guidie.
- We cannot guarantee the weather but we can guarantee the scenery.

- Food and entry fees are not included in the Tours but can be added on request for bigger groups.
- We do not include accommodation as a packaged tour. Rather than this we make suggestions and assist you in booking the accommodations directly.
